As detailed in this article, you must fill out a FATCA Form when you are investing in a Fund, even if you are not a US person.

Forms W-9, W-8BEN and W-8BEN-E are the most common Forms to fill in.

  • If you are a US Person (including U.S. citizens and entities that are established in the U.S. or governed by U.S. laws) : Fill in Form W-9.
