Roundtable will only sign documents that have been collectively approved by the investors.

Roundtable attaches the documentation to be signed by the SPV in the SPV documentation. This way, the documentation is approved by the investors when they sign the SPV documentation.

However, if your documentation is not yet ready, you may decide to launch the SPV and collect the funds within the SPV. However, we will then need to organize a vote within the SPV to approve the final documentation once ready. This process can take a few days (3-5 calendar days). As soon as the vote is finished, the SPV can then sign the final documentation (if approved by the investors).
