This means that all decisions (including those relating to the management of the investment) must be taken by the shareholders of the SPV. However, as administrator, Roundtable takes it upon itself to organize the vote, collect the votes and communicate the results to the target. You, as a shareholder, will therefore exercize your rights through the votes organized by Roundtable on the Website.

You will of course also receive all information that the SPV receives, as if you were directly a shareholder of the target.
