Emails & notifications sent by Roundtable to your investors
To streamline deal closings, Roundtable ensures that investors receive timely email notifications at key stages of their investment process. Here's an overview of the notifications sent:
Deal status update

Investors are notified when the deal moves:
Open to Pre-Closing: investors who haven't completed their KYC (Know Your Customer) or KYB (Know Your Business) processes are notified to do so.
Pre-Closing to Closing: investors receive instructions to sign the SPV documentation and wire funds.
Closing to Invested: investors are informed once the deal is finalized and funds have been invested into the target.
Investment process
Following their commitments, investors will be notified when you review it:
Commitment accepted;
Commitment updated;
Commitment rejected.
Other notifications
Investors will also be notified for additional key events:
Vote required: investors are notified when their vote is required for new resolutions.
New Messages: notifications are sent when a new message is posted in the chat of a deal or community the investor has joined.
Automated reminders
For critical actions, we will send reminders to make sure the information is brought to the attention of investors:
KYC/KYB reminders: follow-ups for investors to complete their KYC/KYB after making a commitment;
Document signatures & Funds wiring reminders: during the deal closing phase to ensure timely completion of these actions;
Vote reminders notifications to participate in ongoing votes.
