When should I use the "alternate email" feature?
If you have several email addresses (personal, professional, β¦) and want to centralise all your Roundtable communications (deal or community invitations, β¦) to a single email address, you can leverage the "Alternate email" feature.
How does it work?
Example
Your main email address is [email protected]
You have a secondary email address [email protected]
You want to redirect all communications sent at [email protected] to [email protected]
Add an alternate email address
Sign in to the platform with your main email address ([email protected])
Go to Settings > Contacts & delegation
In the "Alternate emails" section, add your secondary address ([email protected])
Activate an alternate email address
An activation email will be sent to your secondary email address
π it will only be valid for 10 mins
You will be able to accept or reject the request of association
Receive all your communications to your main email address
Once the alternate email has been activated, all Roundtable communications targeted to your secondary email address will be sent to your main address instead.
Only an email address that is not yet linked to a Roundtable account can be designated as an alternate email. If you need any assistance, please contact us via the Chat.
