As far as the French Madelin tax break is concerned, an investment in a company through an SPV is unfortunately not eligible, as the SPV must have only natural persons as corporate officers. This is not the case with our SPVs.

However, French residents may be eligible for other tax regimes such as PEA-PME and 150 0 B TER depending on the target company and the type of company used. Please refer to this Article.
