Can I raise in other currencies than euro?

Currency - EUR - USD - GBP
By default, Roundtable SPVs raise in euros (€), but can invest in 40+ currencies at no additional cost (USD, GBP, …).
In some cases, it is possible to raise in other currencies (USD $, GBP £, …):
the SPV must be an SCSp (majority of non-French investors);
your investors must wire the funds in the target currency.
An extra fee of + 1,000 € will apply.
