Roundtable pricing to structure and manage an SPV

Pricing

Roundtable's pricing to set up and manage an SPV for 7 years is the following:

• 1% of the amount raised by the vehicle, net of tax,

• with a minimum of 5 000 € net of tax.

Extra fees

Some additional fees can be applied:

• If you raise from more than 20 co-investors, an extra fee of 100 € / investor above 20 will be applied, net of tax.

Secondary transactions

In the case of secondary transactions by co-investors, Roundtable charges a 1% fee on the amount of the secondary transaction to these co-investors, with a minimum of 1 000 € net of tax, and a maximum (cap) of 5 000 € net of tax.
